Who books this call

Canadian entrepreneurs preparing a business loan application — first-time, expansion, immigrant entrepreneur, franchise, or business acquisition. Plus bank RMs, mortgage brokers, immigration consultants, and accountants referring clients who need a written plan.

What we cover on the call

What happens after

We send a fixed-scope quote with a delivery date within one business day of the call. No retainer. No pressure. If a custom plan isn't the right move for your application, we tell you directly and point you toward the better path — usually BDC's free template, a freelancer, or a different lender.

No phone, by design

All initial conversations happen on a scheduled call or by email. Once we're engaged, we'll add phone, video, and document-sharing tools as needed for the specific plan.

Before the call (optional)

Nothing is required to book. The call moves faster if you know roughly how much you plan to borrow, what the funds are for, and the lender or program you're targeting. If you already have draft financials, a recent Notice of Assessment, or a lender's document checklist, keep them handy — we'll point out what the plan still needs to add to satisfy the underwriter.
